Donald Trump's desk during the Thanksgiving press conference has become the talk of the internet.
During the presser, the US president agreed that he would leave the White House in January.
Despite him sharing the good news, many of those who watched the 25-minute presser were amused by Trump's choice of furniture, as he sat behind a tiny desk.
Taking to Twitter, netizens created hilarious memes comparing the POTUS with funny characters.
A tweep with the handle @morgan_mayes compared the president with the oversized Will Ferrell character Elf.
"I see no difference #tinydesk."
"If this were a “spot the differences” game, two stand out. 1: The kid isn’t wearing a diaper. 2: The kid actually as something to write with. #DiaperDon #tinydesk #TrumpTantrum."
One of the tweeps identified as @BoomerBerman noted that Trump had already been moved to a kids table.
"The already moved him to the Thanksgiving kids table... #tinydesk."
Another tweep edited the photo and ensured that the ground had letters from A-Z thus indicating that the president was in a kids room.
He captioned the post:
"Clean your room, @realDonaldTrump #tinydesk."
A tweep with the handle @singermarla3 commented:
"#DiaperDon and #tinydesk should trend for the next 54 days. Whoever looked at this gigantic room and made the decision to set up this playset complete with the presidential seal, thank you."
Another fan described Trump's desk as a piano desk.
"This is real. This is not Photoshopped. #TinyDesk is trending, but it looks more like a piano bench to me. #DiaperDon," wrote the fan.
Another tweep @chazb54 wrote:
"There is no way that the people who put this together aren’t messing with him, right? This absolutely has to be purposeful and those people are sitting back after their meal and laughing."
In related news, in what surprised many around the world, given his refusal to concede defeat in the just-concluded US presidential election, President Donald Trump has agreed to leave the White House on one condition.
According to Bloomberg, Trump said he will hand over to Joe Biden if the Electoral College declares the former vice president as the winner of the US election.
Trump made the disclosure while answering questions from reporters at the White House on Thursday, November 26, after a Thanksgiving teleconference with members of the military.
