Veteran journalist, Ebenezer Ato Sam, popularly known as Baby Ansaba, has been confirmed dead

He was said to have breathed his last at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, after a short illness.

Baby Ansaba was the Editor of the New Punch Newspaper. He was also a politcial commentator.

YEN.com.gh gathered in a report sighted on Adomonline.com that Baby Ansaba died at the Emergency Centre on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, just recently, Ghana lost one of its statesmen and former presidents, Jerry John Rawlings.

Meanwhile, Rawlings died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital after reportedly suffering from COVID-19.

Concerning Rawlings' death, a leading member of the NDC, Stephen Atubiga, has said Akufo-Addo should be blamed for Rawlings’ death.

He gave his reasons in an earlier report by YEN.com.gh, for which reason he thinks Ghanaians should not take President Akufo-Addo’s showy display over Rawlings’ death seriously.

Also, the NDC General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia, has accused Akufo-Addo of hijacking Rawlings’ funeral.

In other news, Ghanaian actor, Van Vicker, has thrown his weight behind Akufo-Addo and the free SHS policy ahead of the December 7, 2020 elections.
