A military officer has caused a stir on social media after a video of him casting his ballot popped up online.
On Tuesday, December 1, 2020, a center was mounted in each of the 275 constituencies in the country for the special voting exercise.
Election officials, security personnel as well as media personnel were the ones that were allowed to vote.
However, a video has surfaced online and an unknown military officer was captured voting for Nana Akufo-Addo.
In what can be described as payback for Sammy Gyamfi’s threats on the security service, the faceless military man voted against the NDC.
The military said John Mahama gave the military men $1 in 2016 but they still voted against him and in 2020 he has allowed Sammy Gyamfi, the national communications of the NDC to speak ill about them.
Meanwhile, the National Democratic Congress (NDC) announced another prayer and fasting five days to the much anticipated December 7 general elections.
Codenamed ‘the final onslaught’, the event would be held from Thursday, December 3 to Saturday, December 5, 2020, dedicated to seeking God’s mercies and guidance in the December elections.
“As we inch towards a very crucial and concluding stage of the electioneering process, it is imperative that as a Party, we call once again for God’s intervention to buttress our hard work and determination to secure a resounding victory," National Chairman, Ofosu Ampofo said in a statement.

In other news, a man has boldly knocked Akufo-Addo’s head and slapped his face in a poster by the NPP.
Perhaps, this man has long desired to treat the president that way. However, since that appears impossible, he decided to grab his image on the poster as an opportunity to do so.
He is heard speaking Twi and accusing the president of being corrupt, a thief, and one who promoted galamsey in disguise.
