Nana Otwir Koko Nyieku VII, the Chief of Ekumfi Srafa in the Ekumfi District in the Central Region, has campaigned for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to win the 2020 Elections.
He is reported to have said that the NDC manifesto has better things for Ghanaians than what he found in that of the NPP.
The chief revealed that he has studied both manifestoes and so he was speaking with authority.
This is contained in a report sighted by YEN.com.gh on Kasapaonline.com.
He was particular about the massive job creation, free quality healthcare, and other policies outlined in the NDC Manifesto.
Lamenting the bad experience that Ekumfi has had under the rule of the NPP and Akufo-Addo, the chief said all projects started by the NDC were abandoned by the NPP when they took over governance in 2016.
According to him, no single project has been constructed in Ekumfi since the NPP came to power.
Nana further appealed to the NDC to remember the Ekumfi Constituency when it wins the 2020 elections by repairing their poor roads.
He also requested for a sea defense wall to built and for the Ekumfi Srafa salt factory to be revived.
