Countryman Songo has campaigned for Akufo-Addo and NPP to win Elections 2020
-Adom TV presenter, Countryman Songo, has campaigned for President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP)
- He did so in a unique way while presenting his sports show on the TV network
- He said in the Akan language that after voting ends, it would be announced that Number 1 won, Number 2, and 3 came last
- Akufo-Addo and the NPP are the ones referred to as Number 1 in this year’s elections

Popular media personality, Countryman Songo, has campaigned for President Akufo-Addo and the NPP in just two days to the 2020 General Elections.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, Songo did not go directly to say he was supporting Akufo-Addo but indicated that he is on his side.
As if he was presenting a show, he endorsed Akufo-Addo by declaring the results in his favour.

He said in the Akan language: “After voting ends, you will hear that Number 1 won, Number 2 lost, and Number 3 also lost”.
Akufo-Addo and the NPP are those on Number 1, therefore, anyone who mentions that number is in effect speaking for the president.
His post has triggered massive reactions as fans have hailed him and also prove that they support Number 1 too.

Meanwhile, Songo’s endorsement is coming at a time that some celebrities have endorsed Akufo-Addo.
Dancehall star, Samini, for instance, has publicly thrown his weight behind President Akufo-Addo and the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He has also released a campaign song titled Kpoyaka to highlight the NPP’s achievement and praise Akufo-Addo for them.
Samini also called on Ghanaians to vote and retain the president and his party in power for the next four years.
Other celebrities who have also endorsed Akufo-Addo are Sarkodie, Obour, Agya Koo, and many others.
