Police personnel are on the heels of some gunmen who caused mayhem around a polling station at Kasoa in the Awutu Senya East constituency in the Central region.
The gunmen are wanted for allegedly shooting and injuring other people around the polling station.
According to a statement released by the Ghana Police Service, the gunmen who were travelling in a black SUV 4X4 are reported to have shot at a Kia saloon car with registration number GW 2375-20.

Some occupants of the Kia saloon car got injured during the shooting. The police indicated that the injured have been sent to the hospital for treatment.
Just nearby in the Awutu Senya East, an EC official has been accused of tampering with ballot papers.
The EC official is said to have issued presidential ballot papers by tearing away Akufo-Addo's photos.
NPP' MP for the are, George Andah, has lodged a protest against the official's conduct.
Meanwhile, President Nana Akufo-Addo has cast his vote in the 2020 elections at the Rock of Ages School polling station around 10:00 am.
The president was accompanied by his wife, First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo.
Earlier, the vice president and running mate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamadu Bawumia cast his vote in the ongoing 2020 elections.
He joined the process to exercise his franchise at Kperiga D/A Primary School polling station in Walewale.
In a video sighted by YEN.com.gh, he was spotted together with other individuals going to cast his vote and subsequently going through the process to cast his vote.
Speaking to the media after casting his vote, he encouraged all Ghanaians to come out in their numbers to exercise their franchise.
In a related development, the flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress, NDC, John Dramani Mahama has cast his vote at Bole in the Upper East region.
After casting his votes, he was surrounded by some residents at the centre, chanting and cheering the 'Mahama afa' mantra, indicating he had won the polls in advance.
Speaking to the media after casting his votes, he noted how effective the COVID-19 protocols put in place were.
