- True's mommy said that she didn't like boasting about charity on social media but she wanted others to help too
Khloe Kardashian's two-year-old bundle of joy, True Thompson, showed off her charitable side when she gave toys away to a fire station in Calabasas. True was seen holding two light bags that were half her size, giving toys to those who are less fortunate.
Khloe gushed about her sweet daughter on Instagram. She spoke about how she feels fortunate to be in a position to donate toys to their local fire station.
"I know True is young but I think it is important for her to understand how blessed and fortunate she is," said Khloe.
Khloe said that it was important for children to give back to others, especially because of the Covid-19 pandemic the world is currently facing. She also said that children learn through giving and consistency.
Even though she loves giving back to the community, Khloe said that she does not enjoy talking about charity too much. She feels that the act of giving back should not be posted all over social media to show off.
"The only reason I'm posting this is because I've gotten so many messages and comments asking where to donate, or how you can help. Many feel helpless because they aren't in the position to contribute financially," she said.
YEN.com.gh recently reported that Khloe Kardashian said no to the family Christmas Eve party due to Covid-19. Khloe Kardashian announced that her family's renowned Christmas Eve party has been cancelled for the 2020 festive season.
The celebrity was on Twitter chatting to fans when she revealed that the famous family had taken the decision not to hold the party for the first time since 1978.
Khloe explained that the Covid-19 pandemic was to blame for the decision and that rising cases in their state of California meant that large gatherings would not be responsible in the current climate.
