The final funeral rites of James Benjamin Aggrey, the late father of ace Ghanaian broadcaster and Okay FM presenter, Gilbert Aggrey, better known as Abeiku Santana, is underway in Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
James Aggrey died on April 20, 2020, at the Koforidua Government Hospital after an unsuccessful battle with ill health.
His remains was laid to rest on May 23 in a private ceremony due to the coronavirus pandemic.
A final funeral service is ongoing at a church in Koforidua where family members and loved ones are paying their last homage to Abeiku Santana's father.
In a video online, the family members and admirers of the late Aggrey, who are mostly clad in black are seen in sombre and reflective moods.
