An absolutely adorable photo of the pretty granddaughters of President-elect Nana Akufo-Addo has been spotted which showed them congratulating their granddad.

The photo which was sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram showed the four adorable young ladies storming their grandpa's office to celebrate his 2020 presidential election victory with him.

In the photo, the young girls were seen flocking around their grandfather president as it appeared they all had their special congratulatory message for him.

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was seen embracing one of his granddaughters as she delivered her special message of congratulations to him.

They all appeared happy and aside from the fact that the grandfather had made himself and political party proud, they were just happy to get the chance to spend quality time with him.

Very little is known of the family of the leader of the New Patriotic Party so this would appear to be one of the very first photos of the president with his adorable grandkids.

President Akufo-Addo was declared the winner of the 2020 presidential election after beating off competition from 11 other presidential candidates.

In other news related to the presidency, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that the vice president of Ghana, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has visited the scene of the December 15, 2020, fire outbreak which destroyed parts of Kantamanto Market in Accra.

In a number of photos sighted by YEN.com.gh on the Facebook page of the vice president, he was spotted inspecting the level of damage the fire had caused.

Dr Bawumia was seen in the company of other government officials as they went on rounds to talk to some of the victims of the December 15, 2020, fire outbreak.
