The Head Pastor of the Jesus Christ Gospel Power Ministry at Breman Ahenfo in the Ashanti Region, Prophet Mark Ofori Gyimah also known Osofo Kaakyire, has linked the state of confusion within the NDC to the works of Satan.

According to him, the evil that has bedevilled the corridors of the opposition National Democratic Congress after the declaration of the December 7, 2020 general elections results will soon come to an end without bloodshed.

Speaking to YEN.com.gh's correspondent, Osofo Kaakyire noted that every Ghanaian should accept the election results in good faith because it was announced by an independent credible electoral body (Electoral Commission).

He said in elections, minor challenges tend to happen, but these cannot be used as a cover to create confusion to reverse the results.

Prophet Gyimah said both John Mahama and Nana Akuffo Addo are peace loving people who have the nation at heart, but satan had an interestingly different desire to tear the country apart.

Osofo Kaakyire said through interccessory prayers, the violence and protests will surely come to pass and Ghana will be peaceful.

Meanwhile, the National Democratic Congress (NDC’s) nationwide protest against the results of the just-ended general election continuous unabated.

Thousands of supporters of the party in the Ketu South constituency of the Volta region are the latest to join the crusade.

They took to the streets of the constituency on Thursday, December 17, 2020, to demonstrate what they labeled as a “stolen” verdict following the declaration of Nana Akufo-Addo as president-elect.

The chairperson of the Electoral Commission (EC), Jean Mensa, declared Akufo-Addo the winner of the presidential race in the Monday, December 7, 2020, election.

In other news, vice presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, has bemoaned the violence that characterised the just-ended general elections.

Dozens of cases of electoral violence were recorded during and after Monday, December 7, 2020, presidential and parliamentary polls.

Addressing the “unprecedented” violence witnessed in the just-ended elections in a Facebook post, the former education minister assured that the NDC shall not rest “until the perpetrators are brought to justice.”
