Former UG SRC vice-president adjudged best evidence student at Ghana School of Law

Former University of Ghana Student Representative Council (SRC) vice president Moses Baafi Acheampong has been adjudged the best student in the law of evidence of the 2020 cohorts of the Ghana School of Law.

In a one-on-one conversation with YEN.com.gh's Edward Asare, Moses indicated that of the over 420 students who were inducted as new lawyers, Moses Baafi Acheampong emerged as the best student in the law of evidence.

During his tenure as SRC Vice President, MBA as he is sometimes referred to championed several reforms to the student leadership architecture; reaching out to opposing elements and ultimately ensuring that the students' interest is always championed.

Whilst at the University of Ghana Law School, he sat and passed with honours the Ghana Pharmacy Professional Qualification Examination.

In that examination, he won the award for the best student in law and ethics in the pharmacy professional exams.

Moses Baafi Acheampong has a wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership having served as head of the SRC/Vice-Chancellor Students Green Campus Project and also as the Chief Justice and head of transition team for the National Union of Ghana Students all in 2019.

And even before all these, as assistant boys prefect in Mpraeso Senior High School, he championed several student-interest courses, leaving him endeared to his colleagues. He was awarded the Most Influential University of Ghana Student in 2018.

In another powerful report, two school mates from senior high school have succeeded in venturing into two of the most coveted career paths that are revered in Ghana currently.

This was revealed in a post sighted by YEN.com.gh on the personal Twitter handle of one of the gentlemen identified on the social media platform as Mants3 Adjei.

In the post, Adjei shared an old school photo of himself and his friend, Knii Somo, mentioned that it showed how they both started before becoming a lawyer and a doctor currently.
