The general secretary of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), John Boadu, has fingered the leadership of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the recent market fires.

Some major markets across the country have in recent times been razed down by fires.

According to the NPP’s chief scribe, the frequency and coincidence with which the markets are burning on the back of threats by some element of the NDC to burn markets protest against the outcome of the 2020 polls left no enduring doubt that “they are behind these arson attacks”.
