The Ghana Tourism Authority has reportedly banned the latest Ghanaian movie by Kobi Rana titled Freedom and Justice from premiering in any movie theatre in the country.

In an official statement from the movie producers sighted by YEN.com.gh on the verified Instagram handle of Kafui Danku, it is indicated that the movie had already sold 2,154 tickets.

It was also stated that the venues for the premiers were served a notice from the Ghana Tourism Authority to stop showing the movie, with no information to the movie producers themselves.

The statement also categorically mentions that the venues were visited, warned and locked by armed policemen to ensure that the movie does not premier.

Producers of Freedom and Justice have said that they will abide by the order from the tourism authority, as they have been all about peace and customer satisfaction for the past 17 years.

Everyone who has bought the tickets is entreated to return them to their outlets for a refund as a new schedule is determined for the movie.
