A ritualist who reportedly belongs in the National Democratic Congress (NDC) was allegedly spotted at the office of the Electoral Commission (EC) at Ho in the Volta Region.
According to a report by newsghana.com, the incident happened after a group of NDC supporters staged a three-hour demonstration through the principal streets demanding a change in the verdict of the December 7 polls results.
Modernghana.com reports that the said ritualist had gone to the premises of the EC to drop a written petition but unfortunately met a locked gate.
Some reports have it that the man and an accomplice vanished from the crowd and appeared inside the premises of the EC to go about their traditional activity.
Other witnesses, however, mentioned that they climbed the wall fencing the area to gain access to the premises.
It is also indicated that there were policemen on duty who witnessed the activity that was going on right before their eyes, but they made no attempt to interrupt.
This, many believe, was because the policemen were scared for their lives.
