It is that time of the year again where friends and families meet to make merry and recount the goodness of the lord and the birth of the saviour.

Most Christians find the season as a time to party and cook delicious meals and feasts for their families to enjoy.

As part of ways to celebrate the yuletide, YEN.com.gh hit the streets to engage people on how far gone they are with the preparations.

Some people made known the untold hardships they are having to endure just to survive.

Most of the people YEN.com.gh interviewed said they did not have the funds to make the Christmas a memorable one for them.

One man who spoke to YEN.com.gh stated that due to the way times were hard, he cannot even afford to buy tilapia for his family.

He stated that, he has found ways and means to deceive his children in order to distract them from the festivities.

He lamented the untold hardships in the country and how things are not progressing in the nation.

He was however hopeful that the times will change God willing next year, so that he can also enjoy the Christmas.

Another man who spoke to YEN.com.gh indicated that the lack of jobs in the system has caused a lot of people to struggle just to fend for themselves.

He added that this Christmas unlike the others is going to be a dry one.

Another man also hinted that every blessed day is Christmas day for him as he eats what he likes on any given day.

He added that all his children were grown up and that he did not need to buy anything for any child.

Meanwhile, star actress Nana Ama McBrown has once again warmed hearts on social media by sharing a new photo.

The latest photo which is to wish fans and all Ghanaians a Merry Christmas has the actress showing off her 'children'.

In the beautiful family photo, McBrown is seen dressed in a red and white top with the children wearing the same attire.
