Mother of 14 boys finally gives birth to her only daughter

- Kateri and her husband Jay started dating in high school and got married in 1993

- Each time they tried to conceive, they ended up having boys and finally, a daughter came into their lives

- The parents of 14 boys welcomed their baby girl in November 2020

Kateri and Jay Schwandt finally have what they have been looking for.

The pair tried 14 times to get a baby girl but they always ended up conceiving baby boys.

On their 15th try, the pair managed to get a baby girl who has brought so much happiness to their family.

The couple from Michigan, USA named their bundle of joy Maggie Jayne and have been smiling from ear to ear since their family expanded.

“We are overjoyed and beyond excited to add Maggie Jayne to our family,” daddy told Detroit Free Press back in November 2020.

Kateri and her husband Jay walked down the aisle back in 1993. They were high school sweethearts who took their romance to the next level.

According to the 45-year-old parents, they have never obsessed with finding out the gender of their kids while pregnant.

They prefer the element of surprise.

The folks who run a TV show named the 14 Outdoorsmen always enjoy guessing what their little ones will turn out to be.

Their eldest son admitted that it will be quite challenging to adjust to having a baby girl in the house but of course they will enjoy every bit of it.

In a previous YEN.com.gh article, Francesca McCall said she was raising 12 children all by herself after taking in her deceased sister's five kids.

Francesca's sister succumbed to COVID-19 in September 2020 and her husband died five weeks later leaving the 40-year-old to take care of their children.
