The New Patriotic Party's first ever Member of Parliament in the Volta Region, John Peter Amewu has vowed to transform the Hohoe constituency in four years.

The Energy Minister indicated that the Hohoe Constituency would witness a tremendous transformation within the next four years.

Amewu said he would ensure the constituency sees growth in both economic and human resources in a bid to restore Hohoe’s lost glory.

He added that due to the development the town is about to witness, the seat will never return to the opposition NDC anymore but would remain with the NPP.

He said he will give all his constituents equal access to various life transforming programmes like job opportunities, educational scholarships, apprenticeship among others.

“This would be a great opportunity for my people to be economically stable, have some go to any school of their choices to the highest [level] and many more,” he said.

Amewu who has initiated quite a number of projects in the constituency since the party won in 2016 said the constituents should expect more developmental projects.

The MP-elect added that the Akufo-Addo led administration has accomplished more than what any other administration has ever done for the people of Hohoe.

In other news, John Peter Amewu, has been spotted in a video grinding some girls at a concert.

The government official, in a video sighted by YEN.com.gh on Instagram, was seen having the time of his life as he danced with a number of ladies on stage as Shatta Wale performed.

The MP-elect organized a victory concert to celebrate his historic win of the Hohoe Constituency seat in the December 7, 2020, parliamentary election.

As a result, the government official employed the services of multiple award-winning dancehall star, Shatta Wale who turned up the concert with his energy.
