Ghanaian actress and TV personality, Emelia Brobbey, has held a party to celebrate her 39th birthday.

Brobbey turned 39 years old on Wednesday, January 6, 2021, and started her day by releasing some stunning photos.

After flooding social media with her photos, the actress travelled to her hometown of Akyem Swedru in the Eastern region for a big celebration. Brobbey had her birthday celebration with widows from her hometown.

In a video YEN.com.gh has sighted, the actress was seen arrived at Akyem Swedru to cheers from those around.

She then proceeded to the venue for the party to exchange pleasantries and pay homage to some traditional rulers in the area who had been invited.

Emelia Brobbey who was dressed in white attire danced beautifully to the traditional drums being played.

She then went on to share some hampers and other gifts to the widows who had been invited.

After the gesture, the widows came together to sing the traditional “happy birthday” song for the award-winning actress.

The actress and the widows then moved on to enjoy some sumptuous meals that were provided at the venue.

In other news, award-winning actress Jackie Appiah has posed with her colleague Nana Ama McBrown in a new photo.
