Guru buys 20-acre land to build NKZ City after spat with Kuami Eugene; shares video

- Guru has ventured into real estate and he is set to build his own estate called NKZ CITY

- The rapper has acquired a 20-acre land at Adukrom-Abetema and construction is expected to commence soon

- Guru announced his new venture on Friday, February 12, sharing a photo and video from the site

- The announcement comes after the rapper's recent banter with Kuami Eugene

Ghanaian rapper Guru, known in private life as Maradona Yeboah Adjei, is set to venture into real estate.

The Lapaz Toyota hitmaker has announced that he is going to build his 'own city' which will be called NKZ City.

Guru who announced the new move on Friday, February 12, 2021, indicated that he has already acquired a 20-acre land at Adukrom-Abetema in the Eastern region.

"I just acquired a 20-acre land at Adukrom-Abetema to build NKZ City," he said.

In his post on social media, Guru also indicated that he is "not driving any flashy car for now because I'm got a whole city to build so help me God. Sonata all day."

Guru's post was by a video and a photo of himself with other people on the land. While the video showed him standing with others, the video showed some people clearing the land.

The new venture of Guru comes after his recent spat with Lynx Entertainment artiste, Kumai Eugene, on social media.

Guru had once complained that Kuami Eugene had refused to collaborate with him on a song after he made a request.

But in a response to Guru recently, Eugene revealed that he refused to sing together with Guru because he disrespected his boss, Lynx CEO Richie Mensah.

Unhappy with Kuami Eugene’s response, Guru replied that the young man was not going to be on top forever.

In a lengthy post sighted by YEN.com.gh, Guru said he never begged Kuami Eugene for a hit as is being peddled, because he has many hits to his credit in the past.

An incensed Guru reminded Kuami Eugene that he has been in the music industry for 13 years, and has had not less than 4 hit songs in a year.

Menawhile, Kuami Eugene has said he wishes Guru will resume producing 10 hit songs yearly.

He and Guru have been at each other’s throat following a proposal by Guru that they collaborate on a song.

Kuami Eugene refused on the basis that Guru once disrespected his boss, Richie Mensah, of Lynx Entertainment.
