Earlier, Sky News, a known media house in the United Kingdom has described Ghana as part of the world's poorest people in a COVID-19 related report.

In the post sighted by YEN.com.gh on the verified Instagram handle of the organization, it made the statement after 600,000 doses of COVID-19 vaccine arrived in Ghana.

All over the world, Ghana was hailed for being the first country to obtain the COVAX, but Sky News decided to go on a route that has highly misrepresented the West African country.

In another hilarious story, a woman who sells at the market has encouraged every Ghanaian to make sure they take their doses of the coronavirus vaccine injection for protection.

In an interview with YEN.com.gh's Philip Abutiate, the unnamed vendor indicated that she herself is not likely to take one as she has never taken an injection in her life.

According to her, if the vaccines came in the form of tablets, it would be easy for people like her but she is scared of the prospect to go in for the injection.
