When it comes to pastors and doing the craziest things in the name of healing, South Africans have heard and seen it all. When they aren't dousing their followers in Doom or making them swallow snakes, they are seemingly farting on them.
Pastor Christ Penelope from Giyani, Limpopo, has gone viral on South African social media sites after a snap of him sitting on one of his congregant's faces and letting off gas to supposedly heal the person was shared online.
In a recent article done with a local publication, Pastor Penelope explains that the only way to impart his amazing and godsent healing powers is by passing flatulence as close to a person's nose as possible.
"Christ Penelope, a self-styled pastor of Seven Fold Holy Spirit Ministries in South Africa, reportedly farts on his congregants with claims of curing all spiritual and physical problems. A photo of the pastor sitting on a congregant's face and allegedly farting has gone viral."
According to an article that was done by Drum magazine, Pastor Penelope first puts his congregants into a deep sleep before he imparts his "healing farts".
"God did anything with the body of Adam while he was on the ground in deep sleep. He was not feeling anything."

In other bizarre YEN.com.gh news, a funny note was put inside a church offering box by a churchgoer who was dissatisfied with the fact that the pastor owns a jet. According to the churchgoer, who refused to drop money into the offering box, the pastor has a jet already while he/she only has a Toyota.
The note read:
"You have a jet already. I only have a Toyota. I no dey give you shishi."
Whoever wrote the note spoke the minds of some churchgoers who believe that it is better to keep their money or gift the less privileged instead of paying offerings and tithes in church. The flamboyant lifestyles of many major pastors around the world are the reason for such a mindset.
