A beautiful young lady identified on Twitter as Aifie Ojk has revealed on the social media platform that she was able to lose 22kg of weight during the pandemic.

According to Aifie, she made the resolution to embark on the weight loss journey although many people rather gained weight during the same time due to the closure of gyms as a measure to curb the spread of COVID-19.

She mentioned that all the most important instruments anyone needs to achieve the results they desire for their body is to simply remain dedicated and very consistent.

Scores of people were surprised by Aifie's story and shared their views.

@tiwilcoxesq congratulated her and said:

Congrats girl! I lost 12kg from January to mid-February by just intermittent fasting and being active for at least 1 hour every day and I tell you, the feeling is second to none. It can be very empowering.
