1. Jeff Bezos

It is only natural that we start off with who else but the world's richest man even though the list is not in order of financial status.

Famed for his witty quotes and sayings that have served as doses of motivation to many, Jeff Bezos, according to Market Insider, was recently captured in his last annual letter offering life advice to his workers.

He had also vowed in the same circumstance to help his workers. This has no doubt boosted their resolve and motivated them.

2. Bill Gates

Co-founder of Microsoft, billionaire and philanthropist Bill Gates had in 2018 gifted a group of United States college graduates one of the most important books he has ever read, according to GeekWire.

Africa's richest man and billionaire Aliko Dangote was recently caught on video as he had a meeting with his workers. What made the clip go viral was the way he motivated them as he spoke.

Another Nigerian billionaire and philanthropist Femi Otedola had splashed N5 billion as he supported his daughter's charity foundation.

The oil magnate made the donation at a gala of the foundation he graced. Interestingly, Aliko Dangote supported the foundation on that same occasion with N100 million.

Meanwhile, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that billionaire Kylie Jenner had donated N366 million to help fight Coronavirus.

The reality TV star's donations will go into providing thousands of masks, test kits and other protective gear needed by health professionals.

Doctor Thais Aliabadi, who helped in the delivery of Stormi (Kylie's child) thanked Jenner for the generous gesture saying the TV star had made her wish come true. The doctor said:

"I am speechless, my eyes are filled with tears of joy and my heart is overwhelmed with gratitude. I made a wish to the universe to gather protective masks for our brave healthcare workers and today my dream came true."
