Nana Agradaa weeps 'maa maa' like a baby while in police custody; video pops up

- Reports coming in has it that Nana Agradaa is weeping uncontrollably after she was picked up by police

- The popular priestess is said to have been arrested by security operatives over allegations of her money-doubling scam called 'sika gari'

- Agradaa also had 2 of her TV stations shut down due to the fact that they were operating without authorisation

Popular priest who appears on TV, Patricia Aseidu, famed as Nana Agradaa, noted for her 'sika gari' money-doubling show is said to be weeping after her Rambo-style arrest.

A video making rounds on social media showed a man believed to be called Oldboga talking and stating that the priestess has been crying following her arrest.

According to the man, Agradaa was currently being held at the headquarters of the National Investigations Bureau (NIB), formerly known as BNI.

He added that she was being held at the security facility together with some people that were picked up following the closure of Thunder and ICE TVs.

Oldboga went on to call on all those who had been allegedly duped by Agradaa to go to the NIB Headquarters to lodge an official complaint for the monies to be paid back.

He added that NIB operatives were reaching out to alleged victims of Agradaa to listen to their side of the story so as to return their monies to them.

YEN.com.gh was one of the news outlets that first broke the news of Nana Agradaa's arrest over allegations of duping people of their hard-earned money.

The first report went on to add that the priestess's TV stations namely Thunder TV and ICE TV were subsequently closed down because they were operating without proper authorisation.

Speaking about illegality, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that the Executive Director of Child Rights International (CRI), Mr Bright Appiah, has said it can be considered an offence should an individual make a donation to children and publish it.

While speaking in an interview with blogger Zionfelix, Mr Appiah indicated that his outfit, CRI, was not in the business of donating to children and publishing it everywhere.

He said it should be the fundamental principle of every person not to show off their acts of kindness for all to see.
