CCTV footage shows moments robbers attacked MOMO shop & took GHc 200k

- A CCTV footage has shown how armed men were able to invade a local mobile money shop and made away with GHc 200,000

- The incident happened on April 21, 2021, at about 7:30 pm in the Ashanti Region

A small group of robbers invaded a mobile money shop at Bantama in the Ashanti Region on Wednesday, April 21, 2021, at around 7:30 in the evening.

According to a video sighted by YEN.com.gh on the official YouTube channel of Starr FM, the armed robbers were able to make away with a whopping GHc 200,000 that was at the shop.

The CCTV footage showed how the robbers came in whilst a customer was attempting to make a transaction and made their moves swiftly to steal the amount.

It appeared as though the armed men were completely conversant with how activities were run at the shop and this has raised a lot of conversation on social media.

From the way she was playing with her phone as if giving information to someone, to her call before the arrival of the robbers, to how she stood unconcerned with no fear, to how the robbers ignore her , and finally how she exited the scene right after the robbery .... The leader of the group also sounded like a Nigerian. The Ghana police must not sleep on this

Meanwhile, Isaac Donkor, a Ghanaian Bolt driver, is being hailed on social media for his courageous honesty after returning an iPhone 11 Pro Max that a passenger mistakenly dropped inside his car.

Recounting the story on his personal Facebook handle, Kofi Gbedemah indicated that when Isaac found the phone, he picked it up to receive a call that came through, assuring that he would return it.

True to his words, Isaac returned the phone all the way to Dansoman and refused to take any compensation or fuel money for his kind gesture.
