'Former' Lighthouse members call out Dag Heward-Mills following SSNIT nonpayment brouhaha
- The former members of the church have alleged the man of God is not what he portrays to be in the public eye
- Days ago, the church he founded was accused by six former pastors of not paying their SSNIT contributions
- This news was met with both approvals and disagreements

Some social media users who happen to be former members of the Lighthouse Chapel have accused Dag Heward-Mills, founder of the church of living a life contrary to the holier than thou life he portrays to the public.
It comes days after six former pastors of the church now known as United Denominations, originating from the Lighthouse Group of Churches, alleged that their SSNIT contributions were not paid during their working years.
Following this news, some social media users took to the platform to share their own experiences with the church and its founder.
While some accused the church and its leadership of some wrongdoings, others defended them.

"I left lighthouse never to return to Christianity or any religion. This Dag erh! He’s a con artist ankasa," Goddezz who was a member of the Lighthouse Chapel said in a Facebook post.
"He did it twice and I wasn’t going to wait for the third time. He will come to our branch under the pretense of healing and miracle, only to come and have fundraising."

Nana Kwame Djan Katakyie I: "I don't agree that all churches are for money. At least I know about the church of Pentecost. You may have a point if you say our focus is drifting from the salvation messages."
Glory Godsman OK: "I’ll never dispute you on the fact that churches are after your money, but remember money answers all things so without money the church will lack certain answers... selah You can’t also dispute me on this fact that apart from the pastors, there have been persons, families, communities, nations that have benefitted greatly from the church. Don’t only look at one side of the coin to condemn the coin."
Earlier YEN.com.gh reported that Larry Odonkor, Emmanuel Oko Mensah, Edem Kofi Amankwa, Seth Sarpong Duncan, Edward Laryea, and Faith Fiakojo sued the church accusing the leaders of violating their rights.
