Corporal Tanye Christopher: Police Officer Allegedly Steals Computer from Police Headquarters in Sunyani

- Corporal Tanye Christopher, with the Bono Region Visibility Unit of the Ghana Police Service, allegedly stole a computer from the police headquarters

- He was exposed by his senior colleague, Sergeant Daniel Nketia, who paid a visit to the corporal and saw the computer with the police stickers on them

- The suspect has since admitted to the crime and returned the said computers after he got a call from his station master

A police officer by the name Corporal Tanye Christopher who works with the Bono Region Visibility Unit of the Ghana Police Service has allegedly been caught after stealing a computer.

Ghanaweb in a report indicates that the computer monitor with its system unit were stolen from the Sunyani Police Headquarters in the region.

It is reported that the suspect was caught when his colleague, Sergeant Daniel Nketia, paid him a visit after Tanye Christopher failed to attend duty from May, 9 to 15, 2021.

Christopher's visitor, who is also a senior colleague of his in the force, saw inscriptions of the Ghana Police Service boldly written on the computer in his room and reported the issue.

When asked about it, the suspect admitted to stealing the items and hastily returned them after he received a phone call from his station officer.

Corporal Tanye Christopher has subsequently been released to the station officer to produce him on 26/05/2021 to be paraded before the District Commander for redress.

In a different but equally interesting story, Dr Lawrence Tetteh, the founder of Worldwide Miracle Outreach, has narrated how a man who was mentally disabled became normal after putting on his clothes.

In a report filed on this by Pulse.com.gh, the renowned Ghanaian Christian leader said that it all began when he was in traffic one afternoon and the man approached him to say he had beaten up another man with a mental disability.

According to the man, the other person had wanted to tear some crusade posters belonging to the pastor, Dr Lawrence Tetteh, for which reason he decided to punish the culprit.
