Chelsea fanatics world over are steaming up expectations ahead of their clash with Manchester City in what many experts call a historic UEFA Champions League Final.

In Ghana, supporters have taken to their social media handles to pray, chant, tweet and hope for “The Blues” to win the day.

"Our Father who art in heaven...we are bringing the trophy to London", one fan tweeted.

Ghanaian singer, King Promise, also took to his twitter with a picture proudly cladded in a Chelsea T-Shirt.

Journalist, Bridget Otoo, also tweeted; "Chelsea will smile tonight".

Should Chelsea win the finals – it will be the third time in their records. Should Manchester City win the day, it will be their very first time winning the competition.

From musicians to politicians, Ghanaian Chelsea fans have literally turned social media Blue with Man City fans somewhat silent.

Already, African music icon Peter Okoye, more commonly known as ‘Mr. P’, has predicted that Chelsea will defeat Manchester City in Saturday’s Champions League final by two goals.

Chelsea have already beaten Manchester City twice, in the FA Cup and in the Premier League this season.
