Popular Ghanaian media personality, Captain Smart, has finally joined Onua FM, a subsidiary of the Media General group.

He is going to be the new host of the Onua FM/TV Morning Show from Monday to Friday.

Captain Smart made the announcement in a coded manner on Facebook, as seen by YEN.com.gh.

He wrote that he was moving from "From A to A and now to O Fiifi Pratt how are you?. 01/06/2021"

Some people, however, have reacted to Captain Smart’s announcement with mixed reactions.

Meanwhile, Captain Smart was suspended from Angel FM/TV, following an issue he had with the management.

In an earlier publication by YEN.com.gh, Captain Smart explained what led to his suspension.

He revealed that the owner of the station, Dr Kwaku Oteng, said in a conversation that he had been told that he (Captain) had insulted President Nana Akufo-Addo, his vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, and Alan Kyerematen.

The hullaballoo increased when Captain Smart tendered in his resignation to the management of Angel Broadcasting Network.
