Sammy Flex who was still in a state of shock appeared speechless for a while and announced to his listeners that the Taking Over hitmaker had just walked into the office to spray the cash.

According to the radio presenter, Shatta Wale had no business on the premises of the station for the day but only came there to gift them money.

Atuobi then blurted out that he did not get to pick any of the cash that was gifted but Shatta Wale was long gone by then.

Speaking about Shatta Wale, YEN.com.gh earlier reported that the multiple award-winning artiste has called for decentralization of annual events while speaking in his State Of The Industry Address which was shared online on June 2, 2021.

The Ayoo hitmaker moved for the big and popular music events in the calendar year to rotate from one region to the other.

He said Greater Accra, especially Accra, should not be the only place where huge events in the music industry should be staged.

Explaining why he thought the move was necessary, Shatta Wale indicated that it was going to serve as a springboard for artistes who hail from the other regions.

The Taking Over hitmaker added that apart from throwing the spotlight on regional acts, the move would also serve as a tourist survey that would attract investors to those places.
