21-Year-Old Rema, other young Africans make Forbes 30 Under 30 list

- The Forbes 30 under 30 Africa list was recently released to celebrate bright and innovative young minds all across the continent

- A number of Nigerians made the list as well as people from other African countries as they were all recognised in their different fields

- Popular 21-year-old Nigerian musician, Rema, also made the list, taking after his older colleagues, Burna Boy and Wizkid, who have also been celebrated by Forbes in the past

It is the dream of most people to be recognised by the renowned business magazine, Forbes, and the dream recently came true for 30 young Africans who were recently celebrated by the publication.

In a new 30 under 30 Africa list released by Forbes, a number of young talents from various industries all over the continent were celebrated with six Nigerians making the list.

Popular 21-year-old Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, was celebrated by Forbes as one of the 30 bright minds.

Other Nigerians who made the list are Ifan Ifeanyi Michael (filmmaker and creative artist), Timilehin Bello (founder of Media Panache), Temidayo Oniosun (Founder of Space in Africa), Amarachi Nwosu (visual artist) and Wale Lawal (Editor in chief of The Republic).

Ghana’s Sepenica Darko, the founder of Farmer Tribe Company was also celebrated.

South Africa had 13 worthy mentions on the list with sportsmen, music creatives, businessmen and more being appreciated.

Other African countries such as Uganda, Kenya, Namibia, Cape Verde, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Zambia also had citizens who made the list.

Timilehin Bello, the founder and chief executive officer of Media Panache Nigeria, a public relations agency, made the 2021 Forbes 30 Under 30 Africa list.

Bello made the disclosure on his Twitter page and expressed that it is a big win for him and his amazing team.

According to Bello's interview on Business Day, the young CEO started his company on WhatsApp in 2016.

Since its establishment, Media Panache Nigeria has recorded tremendous achievements.
