“The current Minority in Parliament is the biggest and yet the weakest minority in the history of the Fourth Republic,” he wrote.

The post sparked massive reactions and YEN.com.gh compiled a few.

Abdul Samed Issaka Bandaogo said: “Needless, baseless and unfounded. You guys are just too scared to criticize the NPP alone without roping in the NDC.”

Jerry Khingg Survivor stated: “Freedom of expression my brother. It’s simply your mind.”

Danny Anangang observed: “I think you are just saying this to look balanced in the eyes of some Ghanaians. We're faced with certain challenges and it's government’s duty to solve those issues, why bringing minority here? What do you say about the issues raised by minority members? Have you commented on those issues? Say something relevant. This is not where you should be mudding yourself. This is just a campaign to the people of Ghana that we should not vote NDC into power.”

Meanwhile, former Special Prosecutor, Martin Amidu, accused the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, of blackmailing the NDC MPs with the double salary scandal.

This, according to him, was the reason why the opposition MPs passed all the president’s ministerial nominees, despite expressing grave dissatisfaction with some of them.
