Bar Operator Fined GH₵ 1,200.00 For Biting Neighbour's Ear

An Accra Circuit Court has fined a drinking bar operator, Doris Yeboah, an amount of GH₵ 1,200 for biting off  the ear of her neighbour.

The  complainant (neighbour of Doris) used to be good friends but their relationship turned sour as a result of petty quarrels as the real event is reported to have ensued on March 25, 2012, at about 4:00pm, when the said complainant, Vicky Hamolda,  met Doris at a spot and pulled her braided hair - a development that resulted in a bloody fight.
