Nana Addo Can’t Lead Ghana At 72 - Sylvester Mensah

The former Chief Executive Officer of the National Health Insurance Authority, (NHIA) Sylvester Mensah, says leader of the NPP, Nana Akufo-Addo cannot lead Ghana as president at age 72.

According to the Presidential staffer if Ghana’s life expectancy is 65 years then its difficult to comprehend and believe Nana Addo can lead the development of Ghana in future.

If you want to lead this country; and we know that life expectancy in the country today is about 65 years and you are over 72 years and you want to lead this country into the future; the future that you have no interest in; the future that you cannot live to see; then that person is a liar and has no interest in the development of this country,” he said the parliamentary campaign launch of Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa in North Tongu in the Volta region Sunday.

Describing the NPP Presidential candidate for the 2016 elections as a liar, Mr. Mensah also described the party [NPP] as collapsed and not worthy to be given the mandate to governing Ghana.

“Let us observe that these people have nothing to offer us; their party has collapsed and the NDC is the only party that is currently standing and running,” he stated.

“The NPP party has collapsed; there is no NPP party anymore. The party has collapsed because of the poor party management skills. The party has collapsed because of deficiency in political decision making. The party has collapsed because of its dysfunctional leadership model; the party has collapsed because there is divergence in the objectives of the NPP,” he reiterated.
