Akua Donkor Replies Critics, Says 'It's Nonsense And Shameful To Speak English.'

Founder and Leader of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor has rubbished claims of her love for the use of local languages been proof of her illiteracy.

The outspoken politician noted for her use of local languages at public fora and several other political platforms including the recent Stakeholder's forum on the Voters' Register has attracted much critic from concerned folks but reacting to these assertions of Neat FM, Akua Donkor stated her love for the use of local languages is because she is Ghanaian - "is English our mother tongue?," she quizzed.

Akua Donkor further expressed that her use of the local dialect (Twi) was mainly intentional.

Meanwhile the Ghana Freedom Party is yet to come up with its clear preparations ahead of the 2016 presidential race as information on who leads the party as flagbearer remains highly slim.
