Passengers Using KIA Likely To Contract Viruses

Traveling in and out of Ghana through the Kotoka International Airport (KIA) could be much of a health concern to you as media reports indicate that all passengers using the airport are most likely to contract viruses due to the poor hygienic conditions there.

Investigations conducted show that all officials at the airport's domestic section use just one glove to conduct all their body searches. As if that is not enough, all halls and washrooms also lack  hand sanitizers - a scary development health experts fear could spark a viral outbreak.

West African World Health Organisation Coordinator in Charge of Tuberculosis, Dr Anthony Enimil has been a witness to the health situation at the airport.

What this means is that when an infected person is searched with a glove and other passengers are searched later with the same glove, those passengers are likely to pick germs. Unfortunately all means to hear the side of KIA authorities has proven proven. But just in case you might be visiting the airport for travels, just go along with a potable hand-sanitizer.
