Akufo Addo Is An 'Autocratic' Leader, Kwadwo Twum Boafo Insists

Flag-bearer of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo Addo has been criticised for being a 'tyrannical opposition leader' - more of an autocrat whose mission it is to bring down any executive in his party who does not side with him. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Ghana Free Zones Board, Kwadwo Twum Boafo has claimed ownership of this critique arguing that Nana Addo Danquah was responsible for the ongoing confusion in the NPP.

Speaking on Radio Gold's Alhaji and Alhaji programme on Saturday, Kwadwo Twum Boafo argued that the cause of deaths and bickering ongoing in the NPP at the present moment is purely traceable to Akufo Addo - a development which he claims has collapsed the very democratic principles the party boasted of.

In the meantime, the rank and file of the NPP are yet to come out with the best measures to tackle the ongoing confusion in the party head-on as political experts have warned the party is bent on losing the 2016 election should the rank and file of the party does not tackle the ongoing wranglings.
