Ghana’s sports minister, Mustapha Ahmed has lauded the Ghana Football Association for being transparent in their activities despite FIFA being embroiled in corruption scandals currently.
Mustapha Ahmed paid a courtesy call at the Ghanaman Soccer Center of Excellence where the Ordinary Congress of the FA was being held.
He noted that inspite of all the accusations and the recent corruption allegations leveled against the mother body FIFA, the Ghana FA has maintained a standard of transparency.
He however tasked them to do more to make their activities more transparent and clear doubts in the minds of people with regards to their office.

Meanwhile, the federation’s accounts were audited and approved by the Auditor General yesterday at Congress.
