Ghana Vrs Comoros Today As EPL Quartet Andre, Schlupp, Rahman And Jordan Leads Team

Avram Grant could name English Premier League quartet in his starting line-up to face their Comoros counterparts in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifier on Friday.

In-form Jeffrey Schlupp, Aston Villa forward Jordan Ayew who has scored two league goals in the EPL, big brother Andre Ayew and Chelsea defender Baba Rahman.

Andre Ayew and Asamoah Gyan have all expressed the confidence of beating their counterparts and set their journey to Russia on course.  Jordan who is capped 30 times for Ghana with 9 goals will be hoping to improve his goal statistics should he start the game.

Other players, Rahman and Leicester City’s Schlupp 22, who can play in four different roles could all start the game today.

Rahman flew to Accra to join his Ghana team-mates after Chelsea's away reverse against Stoke City in the Premier League and is sure to start at left-back.

Meanwhile, Ghana’s Ambassador to South Africa H.E. Kwesi Ahwoi has arrived in Moroni to support the Black Stars against Comoros which will kick off at 12noon GMT in Moroni.

Ghana will host the Comorians in the return encounter at the Baba Yara Stadium on Tuesday November 17.
