Former Chelsea striker Didier Drogba has made some revelations his friend Jose and Chelsea fans alike won’t be happy with.
The Ivorian thinks Mourinho’s methods started to wear off after three years during his first spell in charge at the club.
Drogba who has played under the Portuguese coach in both his stints at Stamford Bridge, feels terrible at the turn of events at the club which made him famous and won him laurels.
According to him, Chelsea had a poor start and even face competition to make the top four, as he offers some insight as to why Mourinho’s influence may be waning.
Many analysts think this could be the tonic for club owner Roman Abrahmovic to look elsewhere for a new man to salvage his club.
