The Black Stars of Ghana beat Comoros by 2-0 to qualify to the group stage of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers at the Baba Yara Stadium.
A 17th-minute fantastic strike by Mubarak Wakaso, and another brilliance by Jordan Ayew in the 85th minute of the game ensured Ghana gained the needed advantage in her 2018 World Cup Qualifier against Comoros on Tuesday.
After struggling days ago to go past Comoros, a more resilient Black Stars returned to action and took the game to their opponents.
The last quarter of the game became difficult for both teams as the rain set in making it hard for the players to control the game.
Comoros made some dangerous incursions on some few occasions but were replied just five minutes to end proceedings when Jordan Ayew pounced on a rebound to place the ball in the far corner to register the second goal on the day.

Ghana and other winners from the second round knockout matches around the continent will be drawn in five groups of four.
The respective group winners will then qualify for the 2018 World Cup which will be staged in Russia.
