Ghana Armed Forces Fiercely Denies Sending Helicopters To Fight ISIS In Syria

The Ghana Armed Forces has lashed out at online portal, GhanaCelebrities.Com for what authorities describe as the totally false publication involving Ghana military's intention to send six helicopters to Syria in support of the fight against terrorist group ISIS.

Director of  Public Relations of the Ghana Armed Forces, Colonel Aggrey-Quarshie has warned such satirical publications by the media poses severe threats on Ghana's security and international reputation.

Meanwhile the global fight against ISIS and other terrorist organisations heightens following recent attacks in Paris which is feared to have killed about 130 people including an alleged 19 year old Ghanaian man.
