Energy Commission Clamps Down On Illegal Sale Of Solar Panels

The Energy Commission has made known its resolve to prosecute all solar service providers who work without an approved license from the Commission.

Inspector of Electricity and Renewal Energy at the Energy Commission, Peter Ahmed Amanquandoh revealed it was an offense to embark on such a business venture.

The move by the Energy Commission comes in the wake of the increased sale in solar panels by service providers following the severity of the energy crisis which is feared to have caused business free outflow of productivity.
