On Monday evening, news of TV presenter Nana Aba Anamoah joining the Multimedia Group, owners of JOY FM, and Multi TV went viral after enewsgh.com reported that the presenter was moving to the station.
Just when her fans were getting excited for her and were waiting to patiently see her and hear her voice on their screens, news went viral that the Nana Aba Anamoah is no longer joining the Multimedia group.
Enewsgh on Tuesday morning reported a deal has been agreed for her to join on part time basis, two of the Kokomlemle-based company’s units JOY FM and JOY NEWS.
After several discussions and meetings after the story went viral, the site reported that Nana Aba may not join after all. As at late Tuesday evening, the former TV3 presenter, Nana Aba Anamoah by enewsgh.com to have joined GH One TV, the recently acquired television network of growing media group EIB Network, enewsgh.com can say.
Anamoah is joining the network, which goes live with its morning show on December 14 ahead of eventual roll out. A move predicted by many watchers, it wouldn’t come as a surprise given EIB‘s resolve to put forward a formidable force for its television property.
A good addition, she comes to GH One with years of unquestionable quality especially in the area of news and current affairs, which the new owners of the television station are bent on exploring to add to the the unit’s already known forte as a credible entertainment channel.
GH One is being positioned by EIB as a must-have on local television; the decision to hire Miss Anamoah and the other talents who have signed up so far, is embedded in that direction.
Miss Anamoah left her TV3 job early November after a storm of controversy between her on one side and management of Media General, owners of the Kanda-based station, on the other.
