I Am Entitled To My Ex-Gratia, I Will Take It - Tsatsu Tsikata Replies Critics

Former Chief Executive of the Ghana National Petroleum Company, Tsatsu Tsikata has argued that he is fully entitled to an ex-gratia payment by the company adding that claims of he violating the law in that regard is baseless and without any legal justification.

Tsatsu Tsikata's statements follow several controversies surrounding the payment of a $1 million cedi ex-gratia to him and three other former executives of the company respectively. Meanwhile Tsatsu Tsikata has planned to sue former Energy Minister, K.T Hammond for allegations levelled against he, Tsatsu Tsikata regarding mismanagement of the company.
