GES Shuts Down Darus-Salam School After Proprietor Slaps Headmaster

Authorities of the Ghana Education Service (GES) has shut down the Darus-Salam  school located at Techiman in the Brong Ahafo region after the proprietor, Sheikh Kyei slapped a teacher.

Recounting the incident to the media, headmaster of the school, Adjei Badu revealed the proprietor slapped the teacher questioning his interruption of examinations.

Meanwhile, the action by the GES follows the decision by school authorities to write to the Techiman North District Education over the development which is feared to have stalled the progress of teaching and learning.
