An Accra High court has server rapper Sarkodie a writ to enter appearance within eight days.

The writ was filed by a Russian-based Ghanaian DJ and promoter by Lawrence Ampene Larson Darko who is demanding damages for Sarkodie’s inability to enter appearance for a scheduled date and also demands for damages, since the rapper did not turn up for the show.

In the writ the yen.com.gh laid hands on, the plaintiff, herein Lawrence Ampene Larson Darko is demanding a balance of two thousand cedis being the balance of refund to be made by the defendant and eleven thousand six hundred and fifty six dollars being various sums incurred for the preparation for the show and loss of income had the show being performed, general damages for breach of contract and cost of legal fees.
