President John Dramani Mahama in a New Message to Ghanaians admitted 2015 was difficult year; but also sent a stern warning to all his appointees who under-perform.
In a short new year's message delivered on 31st night the president said he and his appointees will uphold the promises made to the people, but promised to show any appointee who fail to perform the exit.
The President also urged Ghanaians to be optimistic about the coming year. "I applaud this steadfast patriotism... I would continue to serve this country with the understanding that one of the hallmarks of democracy is the continuous communication between the people of a nation and their elected representatives," he said.
