Actress Yvonne Okoro premiered her second movie “Ghana Must Go” as reported on January 2, 2016 at the Silverbird Cinemas.
The new movie is the actress’ second produced movie after ‘The Contract’ which won many awards at last year’s African Magic awards.
Like her previous movie, the actress played the lead role alongside award-winning Nigerian actor. The other movie stars in the movie are Blossom Chukwujekwu, Kofi Adjorlolo and Nkem Owoh, popularly known as Osuofio.
The movie produced by Desamour Company Ltd, recorded a very large number of movie patrons than ever at the premiere.
Silverbird officials had to stop selling tickets during the red carpet ceremony because there were no more spaces available in its cinema halls.
“Thanks to everyone that turned up for Ghana Must Go …it was so insane sold out premiere…,” Yvonne said on social media, after receiving congratulatory messages from contented patrons.
The premiere ceremony was attended by showbiz names like Nkem Owoh aka Osuofia, actors and friends of Yvonne Okoro like Sandra Ankobiah, Claudia Lumor, Lucky Lawson and singer EL.
