Parliament To Summon Hanna Tetteh And Mark Woyongo Over Guantanamo Bay Ex-Convicts

Foreign affairs minster, Hanna Tetteh together with the Defence minister, Mark Woyongo are expected to be summoned to parliament soon for questions into the decision by government to house ex-detainees of Guantanamo Bay.

Member of Parliament's Committee on Defence and Interior , Mark Derrick Oduro in an interview with CitiFM explained that parliament had no knowledge over the decision by government as he further argues that Ghanaians are not that ready for the effects of bringing the suspected terror suspects.

The move by government is feared to cause a security scare in the country considering the weakened security output of the country but foreign minister, Hanna Tetteh assures that the movement of all the prisoners and refugees would seriously be considered.
